I have a manager, who changes her rules. I don’t have much of a choice I live in a state funded facility. Everything is I should be happy that I have a place to live
Could I not sign the lease right of way Everthing here is rushed. The rules are changed at thier leisure. Two apartments left. We have to go by condo rules then the agency rules. I have ask so many times for a list from both the condo, and the agency. Could I not sign my lease till I get a list. Also I have ask for the duct work to be cleaned for 4 years. I have constant headaches the haven’t cleaned probably since the furnaces have been installed.

In my opinion only. If the rental unit remains empty after your term you are not charged for that period if time. Therefore if the landlord is aggressive enough to re rent the unit which you have vacated then you should have no concern of that. You have given up the unit.

When we moved in there were no covers on the light switches grass growing in the gutters and the light outside the laundry didn’t work, they had to replace a dishwasher that didn’t work and the oven took a week to clean, apart from the oven these other jobs still haven’t been fixed 1 year on as we move out and now they want to keep our $2100 bond to clean to stains. Is this legal???

My brother will be moving to another city soon, and we are looking for advice about what will be the best way to move out. I will let him know about your recommendations to fix any issues of his current apartment to prevent problems.

It was explained here that it will be best to review the lease agreement before leaving to see to it that the place will be left clean. Furthermore, it’s recommended to hire professionals for quality relocation cleaning services.

I notice should include a statement of the good condition of the rental property, the specific date of your move, and your new address, as well as a request to have your tenancy deposit returned.

One of my friends is thinking of moving out of her apartment, so these tips could really help her out. However, she may need professional help, as she has a very busy schedule. What tips do you have for hiring a great end of lease cleaning service?
