Then we see our boxes open items missing including fire place base and a chair . Also missing great grandma plates that were never to be packed but were and over 100 years. Also broken 2 glass shelves in China cabnet, 2 shelves 2 desks.box of mugscrysyal and portion dolls and figurines. Its like a 3rd world country now. No cares and you pay for your stuff to be damaged and lost.

We moved and the moving company (Crown) broke one cherry self on that moving. They accepted that they broke but now we are in the situation that tha Crown request as a bill that can prove that the broken bookself cost $5000 but we don’t have that bill. We are from Spain and we bought that bookself many years ago. So no way to find the bill. Now Crons says that is our responsibility to give prove off the value of it. And if we don’t do that, they only will pay us $500. What can I do?
My understanding is that Crown should pay to us what we as asking for. But they say that is the company insurance that is the one that need that prove in order to pay us what we are claiming.
I hope my description is clear enough to receive your help.
Thanks a lot

Austin Ave., Oak Lawn IL , (708) 717-9042, overcharged me in the amount of $709 for what should have been $451, a 2 man 3 hour job. The workers did not have proper materials, equipment, wanted to charge me for shrink wrap and tape, left my headboard at my old place, Bill wanted to charge me $300 extra to come back and haul my queen sofa sleeper over the balcony. I said I was not happy with this, and wanted to talk to Joey Vavta myself. Bill said if I did not pay him, he would leave my sofa sleeper in the driveway, which he did, and it was blocking the entrance to apartment building and was damaged by the water,
